With a soulful sound mixed with funk, electronic and drums that bathe in his african roots, Luvanga found his way to the finals and made the difference thanks to his very musical compositions that showed diversity and personality while staying very actual.

Luvanga is a self-taught artist, composer and performer from Switzerland with Congolese descent.
Born in the early 90's, he quickly linked his work as an architect designer with music; he since then draws  and orchestrates his music with rigor and precision.

In his last project "Mood for life", Luvanga proposes 8 tracks driven by eight artists with as many different universe. 
Absolutely a must discover!

His beats and soundtracks that go from heavy trap bass music to light hearted catchy pop vibes drove NiD across the competition and led him to the finals.
His authentic and eclectic approach offered him a well deserved 2nd place.

​

NiD is a producer and sound engineer based in Montpellier, south of France who started to compose in his fifteens.
In 2011 he integrated a school to learn audio engineering.

In 2018, he opened "nidsound", his own production and sound design company. With his first placements he obtains 1 Platinum and 2 Gold plaques.
And surely, we will keep on hearing about him in the years to come.

This 15 year old producer stole the show from his first rounds onward as he took out the 2018 champion with his out of this world productions based on trap and integrating electronic sounds, samples, distortion, loud mixes and heavy basses. Along the competition he presents battle ready tracks with lots of cuts and switches.

He came 3rd place after losing against Luvanga for a lack of diversity and personality in his sound which will surely grow stronger with time! 

YoungKiddy is active since two years, evolving at first in the "Cloud" style, he then discovered producers from Toronto that he mentions as his main influences.
Young kiddy is a new threat to be taken seriously.

His style is up to date, mixing trap sounds and drums with dark vibes, electronic and wavy sound design.


Wan'r brought a lot of energy to the stage since the beginning of the competition.

His clean mixes and originality brought him all the way up to the end where he gets with a well deserved Booster Prize.

​

Wan'r is a producer originally from Angers, now living in Toulouse, south of France. Born to music passionate parents he naturally took the same way at 11 years old.

He shined with his various soulful sample based productions perfecly realized and his clean mixes during the whole competition. The jury underlined the quality of the productions in term of arrangments, sounds choices and mixing skills.

Thibault is a 23-year-old producer/engineer based in the metro-Detroit area. He’s been involved in music since he started making beats his sophomore year of high school.
After graduating from Central Michigan University in 2017,
he became part of the Detroit music scene working as a recording/mixing engineer. He’s produced and engineered for several independent artists such as Love & Hip-Hop’s LaBritney, Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Ashley Rose, 1800 Second’s Sam Austins and Monalyse.​

This young producer recieved amazing feedback from the jury during the whole competition and won round after round consistently to the finals with his hard hitting productions.
 

Har2Nok is from the Paris metropolitan area, more precisely from Chanteloup-Les-Vignes, in the Yvelines (78).
He has been producing since 2016, and the 21-year-old already has a few placements under his belt with artists like Swenz, John s, Myk, Luidji.

Even though he is working on creating his own sound he names artists like Ryan Leslie, KINGBNJMN and Rascal as some of his influences.
Har2Nok seems determined to count among the new wave of producers.

He once again recieved super positive feedback from this year's Jury and stands on our top 3 podium for the 2nd time.

Black Bell is a Musician, Producer and Sound designer born in Amiens, France. Raised by a French mother and a Congolese father, blending has always been a big part of his life and it's apparent in his music as he doesn't hesitate to blend RnB, Future Bass and Congolese Rythms in his productions.
Lately, the focus has mainly been pointed towards releasing music, collaborations and sound design with his "Sour Face Drums" Series and the "Polygones Samples".

Young producer 99 (Ninety Nine) played well-produced Trap/Electronic beats during the whole competition to a well deserved 4th place.

99 (Ninety Nine) is a 19-year-old French producer coming from the south side of the country, originally from the city of Nice he has now moved to Paris to facilitate the development his work. This is only the beginning as he started to create music in 2017.

99 (Ninety Nine) is one of these freshmen you definitely need to watch in the future.

After a strong final round the jury confirmed him as our first Music Producer Challenge winner.

2nd Place Music Producer Challenge 2017

This producer took the crowd with him at each round giving a lot of energy on stage to present different type of productions. He convinced the jury playing very musical and melodic beats with strong drums that took him to the 2nd place of the competition.

Clyde Bessi is a 28-year-old producer from Marseille, south of France. He started producing around the age of 16 developing a soulful, funky and organic type of sound.
He’s had placements in France with artists such as A2H.
Very active and well knowned by the French beatmakers community he takes every opportunity to present his work through battles and contests.

Full of energy and delivering powerful "ready for market" beats he fought hard a went close to 2nd Place playing an audience acclaimed hard-hitting Afro type beat that was close to lead him to the 2nd place.

Dson Beats is a 22-year-old producer from La Chaux de Fond in Switzerland. He started taking beatmaking seriously early 2017.

Participating in Beat Battles gave him a chance to get his music heard and to get noticed by industry professionals.

In 2018 he focused on crafting his sound and production techniques leading to a deal with Warner Chappell at the end of 2018.

Booster Prize Music Producer Challenge 2017

Playing strong RnB/Hip-Hop beats to Reggae/Dancehall tracks with a touch of Afro and World Music she really heated the stage and ended at the 4th place.

Karen Joseph aka KJP Music first started by learning the violin at the Conservatory of Music, dance and Theater of French Guiana while beeing a member of the Creole Orchestra "Les petits Musiciens" during her childhood.

​

Besides making beats she used to sing in a French Guianian Choir and is now using her voice as topliner.
